1. Features: Our high quality Direct to Film transfers allows anyone to print designs for your garments. Vibrant and durable prints allow for durability, versatility, and longevity. Whether you are printing on cottons, polyesters, or blends, our adhesive powder and high-quality ink ensures an effective bonding on various materials.
2. Files: All file types submitted, should be at least 300 dpi.
3. Application: Our transfers are easy to apply, which requires no weeding or pre-treatments. Simply position and press! Soft feel and smooth finish. Designed to maintain its quality and sustain through extensive washing. Moisture removal is not necessary on your garment, pre-pressing is optional. Heat resistant tape is not needed on flat surfaces (optional to hold design in place on garment), however it's highly recommended when surface is not flat or using iron to press transfer.
4. Pressing: Once you position your design as desired, using medium pressure, press transfer at 310 degrees F/ 155 degrees C for 15 seconds. Use Teflon sheet, parchment or protective paper if pressing more than the 15 seconds to avoid garment damage. Let transfer completely cool (15-30 seconds). Once cool to the touch, lift transfer film from one corner and gently peel back. Ensure every piece of your design is adhering to your garment. If any lifting is seen, stop peeling, increase pressure on heat press, place back under heat for additional 5-10 seconds (using protective paper to protect your garment). After cooling, repeat process of lifting transfer from garment. If successful, completely remove film.
5. Final Press: Place parchment / protective paper over design and press again for 10 seconds to soften the image and remove the shine. If shiny design is wanted, use a protective guard sheet to seal in the shine. Wait at least 24 hours before washing. When garment is washed, turn garment inside out, use cold wash, and hang or use low heat to prolong design on garment.
